About this service
MCI-OS Marketing Connector is operated by KittenSoft at btmicc.site. It is a business workspace for authorised users to manage connected marketing accounts, advertising information, leads and customer communications. For privacy questions, contact admin@kittensoft.co.za. When a connected business determines how its customer information is used, contact that business as well; KittenSoft supports its requests concerning this workspace.
Information processed
Depending on the connections and permissions enabled, the service processes user names and contact details; business, Page, Instagram, advertising and WhatsApp account identifiers; access credentials; advertising spend and performance; published content and engagement; lead-form submissions; and customer phone numbers, message content, timestamps, attachments and delivery information available through authorised integrations. Server and application logs may record technical information such as IP addresses, errors and activity.
WhatsApp and chat history
WhatsApp data is processed when an authorised business connects its account. If that business chooses to share supported chat history during onboarding, eligible conversations may be imported subject to platform availability and application filtering. Connecting an account does not guarantee that all history, labels, group conversations or attachments will be imported.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account connections, reports, lead management, customer support and messaging, requested exports, approved publishing and advertising actions, troubleshooting and service security. Businesses using the service are responsible for the permissions and notices needed for their customer communications. Data is not collected merely because someone visits a connected business’s social-media profile.
Access and service providers
Authorised workspace users can access information according to their assigned access. Information is also processed by the connected platforms and the hosting, email and other service providers needed to operate enabled features. Downloads and emailed reports create additional copies which recipients must protect. Personal information is not offered for sale through this service.
AI-assisted features
Where an administrator enables an AI-assisted feature, the inputs supplied to that feature may be sent to the configured AI provider. The application supports connections to OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini; this does not mean all of them are active. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information and must review AI-generated outputs before relying on them. Contact us to identify the provider used for a particular request.
Storage, retention and security
Information is retained while needed for the connected business’s service, reporting, support and legitimate record-keeping purposes. Retention depends on the data and the business’s requirements; it is not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed period. Access controls and credential protection help secure the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices and requests
Contact admin@kittensoft.co.za to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention or object to a use of your information. We may need proportionate verification before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason. Disconnecting a platform stops future authorised access where the platform supports revocation, but does not itself erase previously stored data. Cookies and updates
The application uses session and security mechanisms necessary for authenticated access. Connected services may apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page. This service is intended for authorised business use, not as a service directed at children.
