Service and operator
These terms govern use of MCI-OS Marketing Connector at btmicc.site, operated by KittenSoft. Questions can be sent to admin@kittensoft.co.za. By using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Authorised use
Use only accounts and assets you are authorised to manage. Protect your login details, restrict staff access appropriately and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised data collection or interference with another person’s accounts.
Connections and permissions
Features depend on the permissions granted, platform eligibility, access-token validity and the availability of third-party services. You may revoke access through the applicable platform. Revocation or disconnection does not automatically remove records already stored in the workspace.
Customer data and communications
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, appropriate notices and permissions, lawful customer communication and respecting opt-outs. Keep exports secure and share them only with authorised recipients. Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Publishing, advertising and charges
Review recipients, content, budgets and settings before authorising an action. Publishing, messaging and advertising may have external effects and may incur charges from the relevant provider. These terms do not establish a subscription price or authorise new charges; any separate agreed service charges remain subject to that agreement.
Automation and AI
You are responsible for reviewing and configuring any enabled automation. AI-generated information can be inaccurate and requires human review. No feature guarantees sales, advertising results, uninterrupted delivery or complete recovery of historical information.
Content and third-party services
You retain your rights in your content and grant the permissions needed to process it for requested service functions. Meta, WhatsApp and other connected providers operate under their own terms. MCI-OS Marketing Connector is an independent application and is not presented as a product owned or endorsed by Meta.
Availability and suspension
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, platform changes or revoked permissions. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security incidents or applicable platform requirements. Contact support about interruptions and preserve copies of records you need for your business.
Ending use and responsibility
You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request deletion using the published instructions. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate written agreement with KittenSoft also applies to the services it covers.
